High Beam Global, Australia’s international celebration of arts and disability, promises another outstanding program of theatre, dance, music, multimedia, exhibitions, discourse and community events.
In 2008 High Beam Global marks ten years at the forefront of the disability arts movement in Australia. Presented by Arts Access SA as part of the Adelaide Fringe and Adelaide Festival High Beam Global has three categories for participation:
• tangible projects by disabled people;
• projects that focus on issues around disability;
• projects that demonstrate best practise accessibility (eg: Auslan interpretation, surtitles, physical facilities or accessible sessions)
